Please be reminded of the following task to be accomplish before and after using Computer Laboratory 2.

1. See to it that all the computer units has its own chair ready for use. 2. Clean the surface of the computer externally before using and clean the floor before leaving.

3. Assign class leader and secretary to monitor the class as to attendance, work attitude, viewing friendster and etc.

4. Clean also the external parts of the air conditioning unit.

5. Go on with your assigned modules and prepare for a test. 

               Pls be reminded, that I have angels that monitors what you are doin'. Do not be surprise if I know all the details of what you are doing. Jst be a keen observer and diligently follow what i say to avoid problem.

         Remember, always SAVE your work in your FILE and make PASSWORD to protect it. 

        HERE'S HOW TO OPEN MICROSOFT ACCESS

Click "Start", go to MS Office then click "MS Access 2003". Then open "Create New File", go up and select "Project Using New Data"; on the window dialog box type your name before "adp1". Proceed and select " Cancel" go to "Modules" and go up to select "NEW".
